Short Code: Any 5 digit number without spaces or symbols, for example `31234`.
Long Code: Any 11 to 16 digit number from which an SMS was received. Start with `27` or enter the full number without spaces.
USSD String: Any USSD format without spaces, for example `*120*31234#`.

If you are receiving unsolicited messages or entering a competition via a short code or USSD string and want to know who is sending those messages, enter the code or USSD string. If WASPA has it on record, the contact details of the WASPA member will be displayed.
- Short Code
- A unique 5 digit number used for SMS campaigns and WASP services. Example: “SMS Quote to 31234”.
- Long Code
- An 11 to 16 digit number used for SMS communication and marketing of WASP services.
- USSD String
- An interaction method between the user and the company offering the WASP service. Example: “*120*31234#”.
- Short Code

- Cell C Users
- Use the USSD string *133*1#.
- MTN Users
- Use the USSD string *155# or *141*5#.
- Telkom Users
- Use 180 or *179*7867.
- Vodacom Users
- Use *135#, *135*997#, or *117#.
